Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and timely
- Maintain and update payroll records
- Prepare and submit payroll reports
- Assist with general accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Provide support during audits and financial reviews
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll and accounting
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office (Excel, Word)
