Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician/Manufacturer to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, specifically related to adhesive formulation and production. You will play a key role in ensuring product quality, efficiency, and safety within our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor adhesive manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Formulate and mix raw materials according to specifications.
- Conduct quality control tests on finished products and raw materials.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices in the workplace.
- Collaborate with R&D to improve product formulations and processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in adhesive manufacturing or a similar industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of chemical safety and handling procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with production equipment and quality assurance methods.
