Job Full Description
A medical office in Whitehall is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join their team! This position offers a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm and compensation starting at $16 hourly, with the opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and address patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Follow up on referrals and leads to ensure timely patient care and services.
- Screen patients to gather necessary information and assess their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the patient journey.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
