Position Details:
- Type: Internal Hire working for Express Employment Professionals – Morgantown, WV
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
- Territory: Morgantown, WV
- Compensation: Up to $80,000/year (Base Salary + Competitive Monthly Commission)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive New Business: Focus on generating new business through face-to-face selling, cold calling, setting appointments, and engaging decision-makers in your territory.
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with hiring decision-makers, demonstrating the value of partnering with Express Employment Professionals.
- Consultative Selling: Leverage consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and offer tailored staffing solutions.
- Maximize Sales Activities: Maintain high levels of call activity and manage your own schedule to maximize selling time and exceed goals.
- Sales Process Management: Handle multiple sales processes simultaneously, exhibiting persistence through all stages to close deals.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work alongside the inside sales team to execute strategic sales plans and drive business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Experience: Sales experience is preferred but not required. Staffing industry experience is a plus!
- Cold Calling Confidence: Must be comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection with persistence and a positive attitude.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and build rapport.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
- Goal-Oriented: A track record of producing high-level sales results and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-Starter: Must be motivated, independent, and able to work efficiently while managing your own territory.
Additional Requirements:
- Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (last 3 years).
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in all weather conditions and able to perform site visits throughout the day.
- Location: Must reside in or near the Morgantown, WV area.
