Job Details:
- Location: Morgantown, WV
- Position: Full-Time Experienced Sandblaster
- Pay: Competitive hourly wage, based on experience
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate sandblasting equipment to clean, smooth, and prepare surfaces on metal, wood, and other materials
- Prepare and mix abrasive materials for sandblasting applications
- Ensure that work meets project specifications and quality standards
- Inspect and maintain sandblasting equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Follow safety protocols and wear necessary protective gear
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of sandblasting experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Skills: Proficient with sandblasting equipment and techniques
- Attention to Detail: Ability to achieve precise and uniform results on various surfaces
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move materials and equipment, and stand for long periods
- Safety-Conscious: Strong understanding of safety regulations and proper handling of hazardous materials
- Dependability: Reliable transportation and excellent work attendance
