Job Full Description
Express Employment is currently seeking a meter reader for a local utility company. This is a full time, long term position for the right candidate. This opportunity offers Monday-Friday day shift hours and a starting pay of $13.50 hourly with a raise to $15 after 6 months.
Candidates:
Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs throughout shift
Have a valid driver’s license
Basic understanding of mathematics
Excellent communication and basic writing skills
Duties include:
Meter readings within service area
Removing meters for repairs
Meter testing and set up
Meter shut off and reconnection
