Join Our Team as a Front Office Coordinator in Bridgeport!
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dynamic and personable Front Office Coordinator (FOC) to join our Bridgeport office. Be part of a team that helps put a million people to work every year!
As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the FOC plays a crucial role in shaping their experience with Express. This role involves a blend of administrative duties, customer service, and teamwork to support our office operations and help achieve our goals.
What You’ll Do:
At Express Employment Professionals, you’ll work independently and with our team to:
- Create a positive first impression for all in-person, phone, and electronic inquiries.
- Manage applicant flow, assist with recruiting efforts, and post jobs on online job boards.
- Provide office administration support, including organizing files, monitoring office appearance, and preparing forms.
- Handle multiple phone lines while effectively multitasking.
- Assist with inside sales efforts, building relationships with associates and clients.
- Manage the waiting area by greeting guests, helping applicants, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Conduct business in accordance with Express guidelines and Federal/State regulations.
- Prioritize and reprioritize activities daily to meet changing demands.
- Ensure high satisfaction levels and retention with associates and clients.
- Contribute to team success by communicating daily and collaborating effectively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field OR 3–5 years of customer service, staffing, sales, or account management experience.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or staffing is a plus!
