Administrative Assistant – Morgantown, WV | up to $18/Hour
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a construction company in Morgantown, WV. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking for a stable, long-term role in a dynamic work environment.
Position Details
- Pay: Up to $18/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Flexible Part-time Monday–Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm – could be full time for the right person!
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Handle AP/AR tasks using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices.
- Office Organization: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including managing supplies and equipment.
- Contractor Coordination: Keep contractors on track with deadlines, schedules, and project requirements to ensure smooth operations.
- General Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, filing, communication, and other office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks (AP/AR)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professionalism while managing contractor relationships
- Previous office administration or assistant experience is preferred
