Pay: $15/HR

Hours:

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Monday-Friday 5pm-9pm and Saturday 9am-5pm

Pay: $15.00/HR

Duties:

Counter Personnel:
- Check clients in for appointments.
- Assist clients with the questionnaire.
- Answer basic client questions.
- Process over-the-counter e-filing tax returns.
- Inform tax preparers when clients are ready to be taken back.
Cross-Training Responsibilities:
- Cross-trained with phones department.
- Answer phones to schedule client tax appointments.
- Address client questions on the question line.
Appointments Phone:
- Schedule client appointments accurately by asking multiple questions.
- Cross-trained with counter personnel.
Questions Department:
- Answer phones regarding client tax questions.
- Accurately find information needed to answer questions.
- Cross-trained with counter personnel.

Qualifications:

Customer service oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable taking incoming phone calls and working with customers face-to-face.
