Job Full Description
Hours: Monday-Friday 3:30pm-11:30pm
Pay: $17.00/HR
Duties:
- Lead and supervise custodial teams to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
- Train new employees on company procedures, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Perform daily cleaning duties including trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, restroom maintenance, and detail cleaning of walls, blinds, and other surfaces.
- Plan workload and implement action plans at client accounts to meet service standards.
- Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Prior custodial experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong physical condition with trunk strength, flexibility, manual dexterity, and static strength.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects averaging 50-75 pounds.
