Customer Service Representative January 9, 2025

Located in Appleton, WI

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 /HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Duties:

Efficiently handle order entry processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Thoroughly proofread orders to maintain quality standards and identify any discrepancies.
Prepare billing documents accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
Prepare and provide accurate job quotations to clients.
Conduct quality control checks on documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
Communicate effectively with clients via email and web platforms to address inquiries and provide updates.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed accurately.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Strong customer service skills, with experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
