Job Full Description

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm

*OT available on Fridays*

Pay: $20.00/HR

Duties:

• Perform quality control checks to ensure safety and accuracy in production.
• Operate, load, and unload machines efficiently.
• Troubleshoot machinery issues and provide timely solutions.
• Conduct changeovers and maintain workflow consistency.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with team members, demonstrating a vocal and outgoing attitude
• Want someone who can be a lead down the road

Qualifications: 

• Previous production experience, preferably with a history of staying at positions for over a year.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Desire for career advancement and leadership opportunities.
