Income Tax Interviewer/Preparer
Express of Appleton is searching for a Seasonal Tax Interviewer and Preparer for an award winning Accounting Organization.
Hours:
Shifts available are week days evenings 5pm-9pm, weekdays 1pm-9pm, weekdays 9am-4:30pm; and some Saturdays 8:45am-4pm
Duties:
Interview clients in person in our office or via telephone
Gather client data
Answer client questions or make notes of client questions
After client leaves, key tax information into software
After return is reviewed by senior staff, conduct "pick up" appointments to review return with client, and answer additional client questions.
"While you wait" returns are not completed.
Qualifications:
Candidates will be team players, have good people skills, have tolerance for clients and co-workers of a variety of personalities, back grounds, ethnicity, disability, etc.
Candidates will have respect for Tax law, Business law, law in general, and company policy; be able to follow precise instructions and have a good understanding of personal income tax application.
Detail oriented person who can work with accuracy and speed.
