Job Full Description
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $25.00/HR with experience
Duties:
• Create and refresh product listings on company online stores.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Management to update the website with specials, banners, images, and new designs.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering part-related calls, monitoring the walk-in counter, and fulfilling customer orders, including coordinating with Purchasing for non-stock items.
• Assemble and pack sales orders; assist with freight loading and unloading after completing forklift safety training.
• Support the Inventory Coordinator with processing outbound shipments and receiving deliveries.
• Adapt to a variety of tasks in an entrepreneurial environment, contributing to team success.

Experience:
• 0 – 2 years of experience in distribution, production, manufacturing, or e-commerce environments, especially with inventory management and product handling.
• 1+ years of experience of Inside Sales
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in desktop tools (word processors, spreadsheets) and familiarity with e-commerce platforms like WordPress, WooCommerce, eBay, Shopify, Amazon, Ship Station, or BigCommerce.
• Technological Aptitude: Strong ability to learn and adapt to new software tools.
• Supply Chain Management: Experience in supply chain management is a plus.
• Website Maintenance: Experience in updating product listings, maintaining content, and ensuring user-friendly website functionality.
