CNC Flame Cut Operator January 3, 2025

Located in Kaukauna, WI

Pay: $17.00 -$20.00/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $17-$20/HR

Duties:

Size, Length, analysis, quantities of material, cutting dimensions and tolerances
Cutting parts with controls, using a picture of part to ensure quality
If time permits, engage in the cleaning of cut parts to maintain quality and aesthetics.
Choose appropriate cutting tips based on the material and size requirements.
Measure the material that has been loaded on the table and verify analysis. Determine if material is in accordance with production order requirements.
Set up torches.
Cut part and check against blueprint. Take additional samples throughout cut job.
Tag and label orders.

Qualifications:

CNC experience preferred, but not required
Manufacturing experience is a plus
Ideal candidates have a valid Driver's License
Distribution experience
Strong commitment to quality work and a positive work attitude.
Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for this role.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and perform physical tasks like bending, pulling, and stooping.
