Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/HR
Duties:
- Showroom Sales: Assist customers and contractors in the showroom, providing expert product recommendations and fostering positive interactions.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors to drive repeat business and high-volume sales.
- Outbound Sales Activity: Proactively engage in outbound communication to generate leads and grow the sales pipeline.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
- On-Site Visits: Once established, travel to contractor sites to meet clients, assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Computer Proficiency: Leverage technology to manage customer accounts, process orders, and stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction sales or related industries is highly desirable.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Proven track record in high-volume sales and outbound activity.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to different environments.
