Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 /HR

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Duties:

Work on residential and commercial properties, including schools, hospitals, office buildings, hotels, and restaurants.
Install aluminum framing, ensuring it is level, plumb, and correctly positioned.
Install glass into framing, along with doors, hardware, and lights.
Run smooth, straight, and defect-free caulk lines.
Measure dimensions and prepare materials for installation.
Determine plumb of walls and ceilings for accurate installation.
Load and unload materials as needed.
Travel directly from home to job sites across Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula (UP). Travel schedules are provided weeks in advance, with volunteers considered first for out-of-state jobs (e.g., Texas).
Bring a provided tool pack on the first day—additional tools will be available at job sites.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of construction tools, equipment, materials, and techniques.
High attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy.
Ability to work at heights using boom or scissor lifts (proper safety measures provided).
