Hours: Monday & Friday - 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
Summary:
Express is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Sublimation Oven Operator to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for operating sublimation ovens and other related equipment to
produce high-quality custom prints on a variety of tech products and accessories.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate sublimation ovens and ensure proper functioning for optimal print quality.
• Prepare and set up materials for sublimation printing, including tech products and
accessories.
• Monitor and adjust oven temperatures, times, and settings to achieve desired results.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company quality
standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the sublimation process or equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company
policies.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements for
increased efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar role or in a manufacturing/production environment is
preferred.
• Knowledge of sublimation printing processes and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
