Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (Flexible)

A company located in Eau Claire WI is hiring a Front Office Coordinator for their busy office. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday with a great deal of flexibility between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Currently this company is looking for someone who can work 15-20 hours, but this position can lead to full-time opportunities. The hourly rate is $18.00 per hour.
Front Office Coordinator essential functions include:
- Customer Service Oriented (Some Experience Required)
- Professional Phone Skills
- Frequent use of computer (Experience Required)
- Written and Oral Communication Skills (Experience Required)
- Ensure Customers are satisfied
- Ability to use copier, phone, and scanner
