Job Full Description
A Green Bay area company is looking for a receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and provide essential support to the administrative team. We are seeking an individual who is eager to grow within the company and take on additional responsibilities for cross-training purposes, helping to improve efficiency within the department.
Receptionist Highlights:
- Pay is $18-22/hour, based on experience
- Full Time, Monday – Friday, 7:30 am-4:30pm

Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Manage a multi-line phone system by answering and transferring calls, as necessary.
- Greeting visitors, ensuring proper security protocols are followed at the reception area.
- Maintain and track visitor key cards and log sheets.
- Display a welcoming sign for visitors.
- Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
- Remain calm and professional, even in high-pressure situations.
- Order office supplies for various divisions.
- Procure housekeeping and janitorial supplies as needed.
- Manage orders for packing and shipping materials.
- Prepare certified mail and manage international shipments.
- Coordinate domestic shipments using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Set up and maintain user accounts in the shipping system.
- Order company gifts for special events or occasions.
- Manage furniture orders for various divisions.
- Keep internal contact lists up to date.
- Coordinate service requests for office machines.
Receptionist Qualifications:
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and distractions while maintaining a steady workflow.
- Proactive in solving problems and completing projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Experience with purchasing and price negotiations is a plus.
- Willingness to take on additional duties as assigned.
