Administrative Coordinator Job Highlights:
Work Schedule: Part-Time, 21-30 hrs. per week, must be able to work on Monday and Friday from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Can work any other day of the week, hrs. are flexible.
Compensation: $20 or more per hour, depending on experience

Administrative Coordinator Job Summary:
Support the General Manager with key administrative tasks, including preparing reports, conducting internal audits, and managing weekly correspondence. Assist the Administrative Assistant to the VP of Operations while also offering backup and administrative support across various departments within the Green Bay Manufacturing facility and corporate office.
Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:
Generate daily and weekly reports.
Compile labor efficiency reports.
Prepare and analyze manufacturing-related reports, including Value Added, Scrap, COQ, Labor Efficiency, Indirect Labor, and Replacement/Shortages by product line.
Develop monthly Gross Margin reports, Goal sharing data, and Staff Meeting Agendas.
Assist in compiling and reporting Engineering Action Requests (EARs).
Review QA reports and collaborate with Customer Service to ensure accurate coding.
Process and maintain EAR documentation.
Conduct internal audits and update the ISO audit nonconformance database.
Support MSDS online information management.
Assist HR with event coordination and other initiatives.
Draft and distribute weekly letters.
Monitor and manage email communications.
Provide administrative assistance to Buyers, Materials Management staff, and Operations Managers.
Serve as a backup for the Administrative Assistant to the VP of Operations and Operations Manager.
Cover for other administrative staff as needed, including during vacations.
Consistent and reliable attendance.
Frequent interaction with team members
Administrative Coordinator Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree in Administrative Professional Studies or a related field preferred (or current pursuit of degree).
At least three years of experience in an administrative or similar role.
Proficiency in AS400, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Familiarity with KI Green Bay products is a plus.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Discretion in handling confidential information.
