Position: Construction Shop Assembler
Shift: Full-time, 1st shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM with potential for overtime
Pay: $16-18+ per hour depending on experience
Position Summary: Our client is seeking multiple candidates with construction background and experience with power and hand tools to join their team. As a Construction Shop Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling residential interior and exterior pre-hung doors using hand and power tools including nail guns, chop saws, and table saws. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in construction, carpentry, or a related field, with a strong understanding of woodworking techniques and materials.
Construction Shop Assembler Duties:
- Assemble residential internal and external doors according to blueprints and work orders
- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Operate nail guns, chop saws, and table saws with precision
- Measure, cut, and assemble wooden parts accurately
Construction Shop Assembler Qualifications:
- Construction or carpentry background
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, tape measures, and other directions
- Ability to lift up to 50+lbs regularly
