Office Manager Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift, 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM
- Compensation: $17-19 per hour
Office Manager Primary Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and projects are properly tracked.
- Maintain office schedules to ensure seamless workflow and timely task execution.
- Anticipate personnel requirements and contribute to recruitment planning.
- Keep records up to date for holidays, time tracking, and staff contact details.
- Offer customer service support, as necessary.
- Draft and refine emails, social media content, and other written communications to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Welcome and assist office guests, ensuring they receive accurate and helpful information.
- Handle correspondence on behalf of leadership, including making calls and sending messages as required.
- Prioritize and manage documents, forwarding essential items to the appropriate individuals for action.
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory to ensure necessary materials are always available.
- Manage administrative responsibilities with a detail-oriented approach, asking for clarification when needed.
- Track deadlines to ensure timely task completion and remain flexible in handling new assignments.
- Develop a thorough understanding of company guidelines and operational procedures.
Office Manager Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with office management software and scheduling systems.
