Eric Hussin

Owner

Eric proudly serves as the Owner and Operator of the Green Bay Express office, a role he assumed in December 2024. He first joined Express in November 2021 as a Professional Recruiter then moved to Managing Director of SRG in 2022.

With a strong background in Sales and Operations Management, Eric brings a focus of growing his internal team to be the best they can be. What he enjoys most about the recruiting industry is gaining insights into how businesses operate and providing guidance on hiring best practices.

Outside of work, Eric loves spending time with his friends and family and is a dedicated basketball and football fan. He resides in Green Bay with his wife, Sheena, their son, Maverick, and their two dogs, Lucy and Annie.

As of November 2024, Eric has become Owner and Operator of the Green Bay Express office.

Kali Towle

Employment Specialist

Kali has her associate degree in Human Resources from NWTC and started with Express Employment Professionals as an Administrative Recruiting Specialist in April of 2022. Since then, she has been promoted to a part-time Employment Specialist role. She spends most of her time working on the industrial side of the staffing business now but is the back-up to the Administrative Employment Specialist as well. Kali takes pride in building relationships with people and creating an understanding atmosphere. In her free time, Kali enjoys photography, spending time with her dog, Rummy, playing video games and board games and spending time with her fiancé and friends.

Michelle Goetz

Recruiting Specialist

Michelle joined the team at Express Employment Professionals in April 2022 as an Industrial Recruiting Specialist. She comes to Express with almost 20 years in the staffing industry and great customer service skills. Her eagerness to be the first point of contact and discuss what our applicants are looking for, comes easy to her. She takes pride in communicating with our applicants to see if we can help them find their next career path. When Michelle isn't searching for applicants, you can find her relaxing around a campfire at her cabin or out listening to one of the local bands with family and friends.

John started with Express in October 2020 as a Professional Recruiter. He has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition in Engineering, Information Technology, Contract Staffing and Professional Search. He enjoys working with companies who are committed to their workforce and developing recruiting strategies to meet their hiring goals. In his free time, you might find him on the golf course or spending time with his wife, Donna, and dog, Inky.

Abby joined the Express Employment team as an Employment Specialist in November 2024. Abby has experience working in customer service and sales and enjoys helping people find opportunities to grow. When Abby is not at work, she enjoys baking, working out at Green Bay Strength Club, trying new foods, and spending time with family.

Andrea joined Express Employment Professionals in August of 2025. Before diving into recruitment, her career journey included ten years of experience in operational roles and business development. Whether it's finding the ideal talent for a team, streamlining a complex process, or building a new client relationship, she’s all about making a positive impact with a straightforward, personal touch. Outside of work, motherhood is the central focus and driving force in Andrea’s life. She likes to spend her free time relaxing with a good book and a great cup of coffee.

Weylan Robinson

Professional Recruiter

Weylan joined Express Employment Professionals in September 2025. He has over 20 years of experience in Customer Service and Sales and is a licensed REALTOR® as well as the Head of Business Engagement at his consulting/web design company. Outside of work, Weylan lives a fulfilling life with his wife, four daughters, and two grandchildren. When he finds a spare moment, he spends it running his clothing company, designing new creations, or brainstorming his next big idea.

Matt Steffen

Professional Recruiter

Matt joined Express Employment Professionals in February 2025 with the goal of being a unique industry expert adept at aligning top engineering, supply chain, and operations talent with great local companies. Matt earned his BBA degree in Supply Chain & Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and previously worked in the Quality/Process Engineering field. Outside of work, you can find Matt hunting, snowboarding, watching football, and enjoying life at home with his wife, three daughters (Laila, Evie, Lucie), Beau (Boxer) and Loco (French Bulldog).
