Eric Hussin

Owner

Eric proudly serves as the Owner and Operator of the Green Bay Express office, a role he assumed in December 2024. He first joined Express in November 2021 as a Professional Recruiter then moved to Managing Director of SRG in 2022.

With a strong background in Sales and Operations Management, Eric brings a focus of growing his internal team to be the best they can be. What he enjoys most about the recruiting industry is gaining insights into how businesses operate and providing guidance on hiring best practices.

Outside of work, Eric loves spending time with his friends and family and is a dedicated basketball and football fan. He resides in Green Bay with his wife, Sheena, their son, Maverick, and their two dogs, Lucy and Annie.

As of November 2024, Eric has become Owner and Operator of the Green Bay Express office.

Scott Ross

Professional Recruiter

Scott joined the Express Employment team as a Professional Recruiter after a 30-year career as a Health Care Executive serving in the Senior Housing and Services profession. Scott's extensive business success has resulted from effectively matching talent with organizational needs at all levels. Scott has experienced firsthand the growing labor challenges in the market and is passionate about providing solutions to both organizations and candidates to ensure their success and job satisfaction. Scott resides in Appleton with his wife, Tammy, son, Zachary, and Winnie, the family dog. Scott enjoys golf, hunting and boating in his free time.

David Lally

Professional Recruiter

David joined the Express Employment team as a Professional Recruiter in August of 2023 after 13 years as a Health Care Executive. David specializes in healthcare recruiting but his years of progressive leadership experience have positioned him to effectively match talent with organizational needs at all levels and in many industries. Besides his experience in healthcare, David has a background in information technology and has worked in the recognition industry, allowing him to gain solid business knowledge and insight into the customer experience. David resides in Oconto County with his wife, Jennifer, and 4 kids. David’s faith and his family are his top two priorities. In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and skiing.

Jackson Allsop

Professional Recruiter

Jackson joined the Express Employment team as a Professional Recruiter in July of 2023, with a specialization in industrial manufacturing. Jackson has a BA in Management and Marketing from Marian University where he was a college athlete. Post graduation, Jackson joined the recruiting world, specializing in the STEM field before joining Express to broaden his sales skills. When Jackson is not at work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the local YMCA and watching the Milwaukee Bucks!

Zach Staver

Professional Recruiter

Zach joined the Express Employment team as a Professional Recruiter after 7 years of managing health clubs. Zach employs a relationship-building style of recruiting and takes pride in providing honest opportunities for both companies and candidates that are looking for the right fit. In his free time, Zach likes to work out, play video games and spend time with his son, Ivan, and girlfriend, Jackie.

Kali Towle

Employment Specialist

Kali has her associate degree in Human Resources from NWTC and started with Express Employment Professionals as an Administrative Recruiting Specialist in April of 2022. Since then, she has been promoted to a part-time Employment Specialist role. She spends most of her time working on the industrial side of the staffing business now but is the back-up to the Administrative Employment Specialist as well. Kali takes pride in building relationships with people and creating an understanding atmosphere. In her free time, Kali enjoys photography, spending time with her dog, Rummy, playing video games and board games and spending time with her fiancé and friends.

Recruiting Specialist

Michelle joined the team at Express Employment Professionals in April 2022 as an Industrial Recruiting Specialist. She comes to Express with almost 20 years in the staffing industry and great customer service skills. Her eagerness to be the first point of contact and discuss what our applicants are looking for, comes easy to her. She takes pride in communicating with our applicants to see if we can help them find their next career path. When Michelle isn't searching for applicants, you can find her relaxing around a campfire at her cabin or out listening to one of the local bands with family and friends.

John started with Express in October 2020 as a Professional Recruiter. He has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition in Engineering, Information Technology, Contract Staffing and Professional Search. He enjoys working with companies who are committed to their workforce and developing recruiting strategies to meet their hiring goals. In his free time, you might find him on the golf course or spending time with his wife, Donna, and dog, Inky.

Employment Specialist

Nira joined the Express Employment Team as an Employment Specialist as of November 2024, with a background in Human Resources. Nira is currently working towards her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources. She helps both the staffing and SRG side of the business. Nira is most enthusiastic about helping people with career development, building relationships, and learning new things. When Nira is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and shopping.

Abby joined the Express Employment team as an Employment Specialist in November 2024. Abby has experience working in customer service and sales and enjoys helping people find opportunities to grow. When Abby is not at work, she enjoys baking, working out at Green Bay Strength Club, trying new foods, and spending time with family.

Chandra joined Express Employment Professionals in September 2024 as an Employment Specialist. With over 20 years of experience in the customer service industry and a master’s degree in human resource management, Chandra brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She is deeply committed to helping individuals secure meaningful employment and takes satisfaction in coaching and developing associates to reach their full potential. Outside of her professional endeavors, Chandra enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two beloved dogs, relaxing in her hot tub, reading, and exploring new wineries.
