Job Full Description
A local Rock County Wi company is searching for a Machine Operator/CNC Machinist . This dynamic manufacturing environment is growing and is looking to hire a collaborative worker who will help grow the company to a new level of production. Machine Operators work independently and as part of a team, at times with limited supervision.
You will work with senior Machine Operators and other skilled tradesman, offering an opportunity to gain on the job training. There are weekly and monthly goals and incentives to complete production goals and schedules. You will set up, operate, and control machines on trial runs to verify accuracy of machine/motor settings.

Machine Operator job highlights:
- Competitive pay range of $21.88 per hour
- Independent work environment within product standards
- 4- 10 hour days means a 3 day weekend, unless OT is required
What we look for in Machine Operators:
- Prior experience as a machine operator, including with diverse high-speed machinery, CNC experience
- Attention to detail, specifically in following production procedures
- Safely and accurately operate equipment as assigned
- Calipers & Micrometers
