Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a growing company in Holmen and we are searching for a Customer Fulfillment Specialist to join their team. This role involves working with customers to secure orders, vetting received orders, preparing orders for production, maintaining the order processing quality assurance system and communicating with customer on their order status.  You will also be assisting the accountant with all ERP based accounting tasks as well, so accounting experience is required.

Wage: Starting at $19+/hr based on experience

Hours: Enjoy a flexible schedule with either 4-10hr days or 4 ½ -9hour days.

Job Duties:

  • Handle inside sales of customers that contact the company by phone, email and Internet
  • Call potential customers.
  • Analyze incoming orders for trends, problems and opportunities.
  • Develop Excel spreadsheets for multiproduct system orders that become a customer’s user guide (SmartBook™).
  • Work with and continuously improve a complex ERP system that is replacing a conventional, paper work system.
  • Act as liaison between customers and design staff.
  • Be the accountant’s backup
  • Represent the company at medical conference exhibitor booths.
  • (Optional) Travel to customer locations to assist in on-site replenishment of expired medical supplies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s college degree in accounting or equivalent experience required
  • Five (5) years of business experience preferred
  • Emergency medical product experience such as:
    • Hospital ER/ICU/CC technician or nurse
    • Combat medic or corpsman
    • Paramedic
  • Mechanically inclined - have natural ability to understand and work with equipment. Good at fixing things or working with tools. Enjoy repairing things, making them work better, or creating new inventions
  • Logical thinker - Analyzes a situation or problem using reason and coming up with potential solutions. Gather all the information, assess the facts, and then methodically decides the best way to move forward
  • Excellent ability to work with complex software systems and continuously make system improvements
  • Excellent business math proficiency.
  • Advanced capability in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
