Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a growing company in Holmen and we are searching for a Marketing Sales Support Manager to join their team. This role involves working with the sales and marketing vice presidents to market and sell medical response products and will give you an opportunity to assist in the market research and product development for new products. Wage: Starting at $21+/hr based on experience
Hours: Enjoy a flexible schedule with either 4-10hr days or 4 ½ -9hour days.
Job Duties:
- Research and develop mailing and calling lists of potential customers
- Write customer newsletters
- Develop and conduct direct mail and E-mail campaigns
- Assist in the production of product user guides
- Assist in market research and product development
- Handle inside sales of customers that contact the company by phone, email and Internet
- Provide sales representation to specific customers and geographical areas
- Call potential customers
- Represent the company at medical conference exhibitor booths
- Act as liaison between customers and design staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s college degree
- Five (5) years of marketing and sales experience
- Marketing degree or marketing courses
- Advanced capability in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
- Skilled working with a design software (i.e. Publisher, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Mechanically inclined - have natural ability to understand and work with equipment. Good at fixing things or working with tools. Enjoy repairing things, making them work better, or creating new inventions.
- Logical thinker - Analyzes a situation or problem using reason and coming up with potential solutions. Gather all the information, assess the facts, and then methodically decides the best way to move forward.
- Have the qualifications to become the Marketing Manager
- Exceptional written and oral communication skill
- Excellent business math proficiency
