Express Employment Professionals is working with a manufacturing company and is looking to hire a Production Lead.
Job Title: Production Lead
Shift: 5 AM - 1:30 PM Monday thru Friday, OT as needed
Wage: $20-$25 per hour based on experience
Job Duties:
• Direct and lead the work of employees and handle administrative functions
• Work with other leads to achieve schedule as required
• Assist in monitoring and evaluating all materials and quality processes
• Door Installation
• Final inspection, shipping, parts orders
Perform Epicor (ERP system) duties and functions as needed
• Security of building
Other areas of responsibility as needed
Qualifications:
- Leadership abilities
- Cooperative attitude
- Self-motivated and can work without supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Be able to read blueprints
