We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our clients team in Verona! They are a growing financial advisory firm. Your primary job duties are to:

  • Maintain reception area and conference rooms
  • Answer phones and greet clients and other visitors
  • Respond to client requests with a high degree of accuracy and outstanding customer service
  • Determine which issues require immediate elevation to the Financial Advisor or management
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail
  • Schedule and confirm client review meetings
  • Prepare for client review meetings, including data entry and creation of reports
  • Prepare, process, scan, and file paperwork and ensure new business and account maintenance is processed successfully
  • Prepare and maintain internal reports to meet deadlines
  • Send periodic client correspondence and follow up with clients as needed
  • Assist with the preparation of and attend client events to maintain relationships
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a front desk receptionist or in an administrative role (strongly preferred)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a notary role
  • Must pass a background check
