We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth running.
This is a direct hire position with a growing family - owned business
Responsibilities
- Manage office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist in vendor relationship management
Experience
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant administrative role
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) and Online Quickbooks.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

Schedule: Full-time day shift role. This is an in-office role.
Pay: $24 - $28/hour depending on experience
