Job Details

We are seeking Dining Associates for our clients in a retirement community based out of Middleton. The Dining Associate is responsible for the setup and of meal service which may include Hosting, serving, expediting in our restaurants and serving areas.

Job Duties:

• May prepare and serve meals in designated serving areas dining rooms according to menus, tray tickets, guest request.
• Assist with the Host duties, greeting, seating, assisting with service during meal service.
• Assist with setting and resetting of tables in dining rooms.
• Takes guest orders and provides outstanding customer service to all residents, guests, and family members on campus.
• Responsible for entering orders into the Full Count POS system, processing payment.
• Responsible for assisting with cleaning and sanitizing of tables in dining areas. Assist with dishwashing duties including pots and pans and other equipment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous dining service experience preferred, but on job training is provided.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work load.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, guest, and staff.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.

Hours: Full time 08:00 am - 4:30 pm or 10:30 am - 7:00.  Every other weekend will be required ( 40 hours a week)
