We are currently recruiting for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join the team of our client, a manufacturing company in the Madison area.

Overview:
The Inside Sales Manager is a dynamic leadership role focused on driving sales performance and operational excellence. This position involves managing and mentoring the inside sales team to foster a high-performance culture, analyzing sales data to uncover opportunities, and supporting field staff and CCO with actionable insights.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the sales process, enhancing customer relationships, streamlining operations, and developing strategies to capitalize on market opportunities. The role also includes contributing to strategic decision-making, preparing sales reports, assisting with pricing and negotiations, and collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives to optimize results and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent. College education in business related field preferred
- Proven experience in inside sales management or a related leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Ability to inquire product knowledge and present multiple product lines across species.
- Great written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets and organizational goals.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
Schedule: This is a full-time position in-office with the inside sales team located in the West Madison area.
*Some travel will be required, including potential international travel. 1-2 times per quarter.
Pay: Based on previous experience, $80 - $100k, with incentive potential. Potential for higher base salary for senior manager candidates.
