We are seeking a Client Support Coordinator to join our clients team in Verona! They are a growing financial advisory firm. Your primary job duties are to:
- Maintain reception area and conference rooms
- Answer phones and greet clients and other visitors
- Respond to client requests with a high degree of accuracy and outstanding customer service
- Determine which issues require immediate elevation to the Financial Advisor or management
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule and confirm client review meetings
- Prepare for client review meetings, including data entry and creation of reports
- Prepare, process, scan, and file paperwork and ensure new business and account maintenance is processed successfully
- Prepare and maintain internal reports to meet deadlines
- Send periodic client correspondence and follow up with clients as needed
- Assist with the preparation of and attend client events to maintain relationships
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
A successful candidate will need to possess the following skills and attributes:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Eager to learn
- High level of problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay organized, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities
- Able to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to manage highly confidential information and execute independent judgement
- Understand and adhere to all relevant compliance policies, procedures, and regulations
- Accept responsibility for personal development through training, collaboration, and teamwork
- Strong verbal and written communication, including strong telephone etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and a basic understanding of a contact management system
Qualifications:
- Experience as a front desk receptionist or in an administrative role (strongly preferred)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a notary role
Schedule: Full-time position, Monday-Friday business hours
