We are currently seeking candidates for a direct hire role with our client, a company in security automation/IT to work in their office on the West side of Madison.

 

Overview:

The Service Coordinator will provide first line technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, as well as serve as support for our field technicians. You will encompass the coordinator responsibility, and be the driving force behind our service operations, managing ticket queues with authority and making critical decisions to ensure seamless service delivery. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, dispatching, and guaranteeing that our customers receive the highest level of support.

As our Service Coordinator, you’ll ensure our operations run smoothly, keeping our customers happy and satisfied. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Master Coordinator: Manage and coordinate all aspects of our service operations with finesse! From scheduling and dispatching to customer service, you’ll be the essential person keeping everything on track.

  • Tech Matchmaker: Monitor service requests and expertly match our skilled technicians to the right jobs based on their expertise and availability. Your talent for pairing will keep our team thriving!
  • Customer Advocate: Be the friendly voice our customers depend on! Proactively schedule appointments, provide updates, and address inquiries or concerns with warmth and professionalism, ensuring customers keep coming back.
  • Record-Keeping Pro: Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions using our service management software. Your keen attention to detail will shine in this role!
  • Team Collaborator: Work closely with our outstanding sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and boost customer satisfaction. Together, we’ll create an exceptional experience!

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.  Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields preferred
  • A minimum of five years of experience in service coordination, administration, or a similar role, preferably within the Electronic Security or Information Technology industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with robust multitasking abilities and a sharp attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering outstanding customer service and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and our service management software (ConnectWise); familiarity with other industry-specific software is a significant advantage.
  • Proven ability to maintain composure and efficiency in fast-paced environments while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Schedule: Full-time day shift role, in-office.  Overtime will be required at times based on project needs.

 

Pay: $25 - $35/hr. depending on experience
