Warehouse Associate
Location: Madison, WI 53713
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Shift: First Shift – 5 days per week, including one weekend day, flexible start times. 
Pay: $20 per hour

Express is hiring a Warehouse Associate on behalf of our client in Madison, WI. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join the shipping and receiving team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cut and package blinds using specialized machinery.

  • Receive and organize replenishment inventory to maintain warehouse operations.

  • Unload and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and proper storage.

  • Fulfill and ship customer orders accurately and on time.

  • Operate a forklift to move pallets and heavy shipments.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.

  • Assist with additional warehouse projects as needed.

  • Detail-oriented and fast-paced – Works quickly without sacrificing accuracy.

  • Team player – Collaborates well with coworkers to get the job done.

  • Basic computer skills – Comfortable using inventory and shipping software.

  • Physically capable – Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.

  • Previous warehouse experience – Preferred but not required.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts

  • Day shifts (Monday to Friday)

  • Weekend availability required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

  • 1 year of experience in shipping and receiving (Preferred)

  • Forklift Certification (Preferred)
