Our client in Fitchburg is looking to bring on a Customer Care Representative to their team! This role is perfect for someone who's looking for growth and opportunity to help towards a good cause.
Pay - $18hr ($19hr if bilingual in Spanish/Hmong)
Hours - 8am to 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls
- Provide excellent customer service
- Provide budget counseling
Qualifications:
- Previous office experience in a customer support role
- Longevity in prior positions
- Reliability and empathetic personality
