Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Project Administrator in McFarland! Our client is a small office team in which everyone wears multiple hats. They are looking for someone who is familiar with Excel, is a people person and who is good at pivoting between tasks
Starting wage: $52-62k/year
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Work includes:
- Liaison between subcontracts and suppliers
- Obtain W9’s, compile bids for pricing, send out scope of work
- Process and pay bills
- Communicate with various vendors and customers
- Work with lenders to obtain titles
Qualifications:
- Must have Excel experience
- Prefer QuickBooks experience
- People person
- Team player who understands they need to where multiple hats and help where it’s needed
