Job Full Description
Metal Manufacturing company looking for Production Laborers
$18-$19/hour
1st shift: Mon-Fri, 5am-1:30pm
2nd shift: Mon-Thurs, 1:30pm-midnight or possible 2:30pm-1am
Duties: Help grind tech with setups, assist taking blades out/in. Change out rollers, chutes, or conveyors as needed for jobs. Drive forklift moving jobs to and from grinder. General clean up. Recognize errors to make changes/adjustments. Inspection and documentation.
Paired with set up operator- feed material into machine, pulls finished product out, stack on pallets. Will be cross-trained in all areas of production: saw, shipping, CNC, build boxes, wash and package parts. Non-grinding equip operations, hand-work operations, inspections, saw-cut operations.
Candidates should have:
-At least 6 months- 1 year
-Good attention to detail
-Must be focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement
-Reliable and strong work ethic
