Job Full Description
Local West Bend company looking for a Process Technician!
Key duties and responsibilities may include:
- Optimize molding process parameters of existing manufacturing operations
- Establish optimal molding process parameters for new manufacturing operations
- Research molding problems under self-direction, or under the direction of the Lead Process Technician
- Communicate effectively as part of a product development team, offering sound recommendations related to all aspects of injection molding
- Learn and demonstrate the industry's best practices
- Perform all responsibilities of the Molding Technician, Setup Technician, and Material Handler as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Process Technician or similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent education
Job Specifications:
- Pay Range: $25-35/hour DOE
- Shift(s): 1st
