Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician or relevant role in property management.
  • Solid understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with residents and team members.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between properties.
