Essential Functions Statement(s)

Obtain the picking sheets for the day from the department supervisor.
Stage the proper ingredients and scan the order into the computer system.
Ensure ingredients are dumped in proper order, and that the 30 minute blend occurs.
Monitor metal detector and all processing equipment for proper operation.
Ensure the bags are packed to the proper weight, and are labeled and sealed properly.
Complete required documentation.
Scan the finished product into inventory.
Assist in or complete other duties as assigned.
Frequent lifting of 50# bags, and stacking of 50# bags to a height of up to 6 feet.
