Job Full Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the maintenance team, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to a high standard
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any issues or potential problems
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that maintenance work does not disrupt business operations
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
