Job Full Description

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and correct P&ID drawings in AutoCAD based on field verification.
• Conduct on-site plant walkdowns to validate existing drawings against actual equipment, piping, and instrumentation.
• Work closely with the Engineering & Maintenance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure drawings reflect current conditions.
• Ensure updated P&IDs meet regulatory compliance standards and are properly documented.
• Maintain organized records of updated P&IDs and version changes.
• Support additional CAD-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Experience with P&ID development and plant walkdowns preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in an industrial environment.
• Basic understanding of piping, process equipment, and instrumentation is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and document findings accurately.
• Availability for a 6 month contract to support ongoing efforts in updating and verifying Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
