Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a company in Hudson, WI to find an organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for screening phones calls, addressing customer inquiries, data entry, and other tasks. Great candidates for this role will have exceptional verbal and PC skills. Previous secretarial/customer service experience is a plus.

Monday-Friday (2 Options):
- 8:00am - 4:30pm
- 8:30am - 5:00pm

Job Duties:
- Screen phone calls and transfer them to support technicians or sales department.
- Issue return authorization numbers for products being sent for repair or returned for credit.
- Receive products sent to the business for repair and generate return authorization paperwork.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding repair status.
- Contact customers regarding total repair charges or COD amount and determine payment method.
- (Data Entry) Enter parts orders, repair and advance replacement orders, any other return authorizations and credit memos in our accounting/RMA system. Enter returns in UPS Worldship to create return labels and to send return labels by way of e-mail.
- Coordinate returns from shipping/order entry errors and insure that products owed are eventually returned.
- Process credit card transactions.
- All other duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and PC skills.
- Previous secretarial or customer service a plus.
