Job Summary:
The Weekend Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing production operations during weekend shifts. Pay for this position is up to $38 an hour based on experience.
Weekend shift: Fri-Sun 2pm-2:30a
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Train, develop, motivate and empower team members.
- Delegate work assignments.
- Write and conduct performance reviews.
- Coach team members.
- Administer disciplinary procedures when needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work with team members to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Assist with developing and deploying standardized work instructions.
- Promote and enforce compliance of safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (or progression towards a degree).
- Ability to work with people in a team environment.
- Leadership experience required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
