Job Overview:
Express Employment of St. Croix Falls has partnered with a company in Grantsburg who is looking for a skilled weekend assembler to join the team. Hours for this position are 2p-2:30a Fri-Sun and pay is $20/hr As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications.
Responsibilities:
- No experience required
- Use a variety of assembly methods and measuring tools.
- Read instructions represented in manuals & blueprints.
- Troubleshoot problems and take corrective actions.
- Maintain a high degree of quality and quantity.
- Keep records of production quantities.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Candidates must be able to lift and move an average weight of 15-35 lbs.
- Candidates must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Great verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Good dexterity and attention to detail through visual inspection.
- Candidates should be able to work independently and within a team.
