Express Employment of Saint Croix Falls has partnered with a company in Osceola who is looking for multiple CNC machinist candidates on various shifts.
2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 4:15p-2:45a
Weekend day shift: Friday-Sunday 6:00a-6:00p
Weekend night shift: Friday-Sunday 6:00p-6:00a
Pay rate dependent on experience & skill level. 20% pay premium for weekend, night shift work.
Working with the most advanced machine tools you will be machining high quality complex components, that supports mission critical environments ensuring energy independence in the USA. This includes working with Advanced Stainless Steel and other state of the art equipment to manufacture components to exact specifications.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Meets production standards set for parts being machined or determines and communicates reasons for not meeting those standards.
· Helps develop final processes and accurately develops cycle time and tool life data.
· Detects and reports faulty machine operation, defective material, equipment, drawing discrepancies, and other unusual conditions to their supervisor and manufacturing support.
· Reads program code and understands the order of operations needed to obtain quality parts.
· Meets production deadlines and manages priorities in addition to key performance objectives.
· Siemens control experience a plus.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Previous machining experience required.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail
