Job Full Description
Express Employment of Saint Croix Falls has partnered with a company in Clear Lake, WI who is looking for a Weekend Coating Operator. The schedule for this position is 6a to 6p Fri-Sun and pay is $20/hr. As a Coating Operator candidates will be operating a parylene deposition system to coat customer supplied parts.
Job Duties:
- Follow process instructions and verbal instructions.
- Perform processing of parts through unpacking, cleaning, promoting, masking, fixturing, coating and de-fixturing.
- Load machines and monitor process equipment during run.
- Maintain records and checklists.
- Assemble fixtures and assemblies for coating
- Prepares, uses and disposes of chemical cleaning and promotion baths.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Ability to read, write, and follow written or verbal instructions.
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of computers.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand eye coordination skills.
- Ability to properly use and read measurements on tools.
