Job Full Description
Express Employment of St. Croix Falls has partnered with a company in Grantsburg who is looking for a Parts Finisher! Hours for this position are 2:30p to 1a Mon-Thu and pay is $19 per hour.
Physical Requirements:
Continuously lifting and moving light weight material (1-25 lbs.)
Frequently lifting and moving average weight material (25-35 lbs)
Occasional lifting and moving average weight material up to 50 lbs.
Standing will be required 95% of the time.
Primary Duties:
Set-up and operate Induction Hardener, Thermal Debur, and Plater.
Learn and operate Glass Bead.
Learn and operate Parts Wash.
Learn and operate Electro Polish.
Learn and operate Passivate.
Learn and operate Durr.
Learn process for Post Bake.
Minimum Qualifications:
Understand part numbers and be able to read them.
Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Detail oriented. Good judgment to comply with instructions and standard procedures, methods or practices.
Need to understand and be able to work with and around chemicals.
Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed or required.
