Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food processing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in food production, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards while adhering to safety regulations. Duties
- Operate and monitor machinery used in food production, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Fabricate and assemble food products according to established recipes and specifications.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) protocols to ensure compliance with FDA regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise during production.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines to prevent contamination.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while ensuring product quality.
- Conduct basic math calculations for inventory management and product measurements.
Experience
- Previous experience in a food processing plant or similar environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and food safety standards is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge, including the ability to operate forklifts, is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and managing inventory are required.
